Hi, I have a Ford mondeo (Mark 4.5- Year 2014) with a 1.6 TDCI engine. Its the same one as in MK 3 focus and Mk 7 Fiesta. Having had problems getting the car through an MOT emissions test I put some DPF cleaner in the tank and been riding it for a month to clear out soot, doing some high rev journeys (keeping it above 2500 revs for 30 min stretches). done two local jounreys recently and now Ford Mondeo 2.2 TDCi 03/2008-01/2015. The exhaust really needs replacing but I cannot find a replacement anywhere, ne I have checked the hoses and found nothing , both intake (including clips) and vacuum to sensors and dpf sensor and all seem fine. The strange thing is that the consumption is not abnormal (5.3-5.8 l /100 km or 53-49 MPG depending on load and driving style and speed the vaule is approx the same on dash and measured on pump , the differance is 0,1-0,2 l/100 km betweeen dash and pump. .
